Description

This was the oral mucosa from a 827 day old male C57BLKS/J mouse. Note below the incisor, protruding from the gingival mucosa is an area of proliferating stratified squamous epithelial cells on thin fibrovascular stalks. This is an oral/gingival papilloma.
