PB 94538
Description
This is the preputial skin covering the penis and the ectatic preputial glands in a 662 day old male C57BLKS/J mouse. Note the infiltration of round cells between these structures. Higher magnification reveals these are round cells with fine basophilic granules and most likely represent a mast cell tumor. A toluidine blue stain is needed to confirm this diagnosis.
