Description

A poorly differentiated sarcoma, possibly a rhabdomyosarcoma, probably arising from where the dorsal skeletal muscles over/around the spinal cord enter the spinal canal, and compress the cord causing severe degenerative changes that would explain the posterior paralysis (slide d).
